Many properties have awkward areas that you may not have really used while living in your home. But when it’s time to sell, you want to turn every room into something. This helps prospective buyers imagine how they might live in your home.
In this house, there was a tiny attic room that really wasn’t used. Except perhaps as somewhere for a spouse to kicked out to instead of the living room couch! With a few props I turned it into a kids’ hideaway.
